Located in a low-density urban cluster, this rehabilitation project aims to adapt the existing building for a new residential use.
Its location is a determining factor in the reorganization of both interior and exterior spaces, with the relationship to the valley and solar exposure playing crucial roles.
Through this intervention, we have managed to create 5 units of type T3, each with approximately 150 m² of interior space and 150 m² of exterior space. For this purpose, we propose utilizing the roof as an extension of the living area.
