This house is based in the fisherman neighborhood, on Costa Nova beach, known as the beach with colorful striped houses.
The acquisition of the land was made with the purpose of creating something disruptive and memorable in the deserted area of the beach.
We invested in straight lines, noble raw materials and focused on the interior of the building by building a private, luminous and aired balcony/terrace.
The building has 2 floors. On the first floor there are two one-bedroom apartments with 56m2. On the second floor there are two one-bedroom duplex with a terrace , one facing South East, and the other facing South West, so that the residents don’t feel the cold wind, typical from these north beaches. Given the location and project visibility, the building was sold to a new investor who changed its name to Coral Residences.
